EM provides the opening chapter of this story, and only drilling will get to the end story.  If NOT knew for certain that this ore body continued south on NOT property they would be poking holes south like mad men rather than pin-cushioning the one area.  They haven't been doing that, and this tell me that they aren't certain that it will continue on their side of the fence.  Fancamp can afford to wait and go it alone if they have the motherload as the deposit isn't going away, and retaining the cash on hand to exploit what is potentially on their land is more important that stacking claims on land that has a lot less potential than the property they have in their hands at present.

As they say "Where do you find a mine", right next to an existing one.  I would also answer the question where do FNC spend money to find ore with, "right next to where it is known to exist".
