Good article. We knew it was coming but it is not pretty to see it. I remember the early 80's. Housing, becomes of high rates, was a mess. The real estate book of sold homes for the quarter in our area had about 16 in it (recently its been hundreds). Not fun times. Time to hunker down and try to shake the credit hangover.
