This statement of yours I find insupportable. If it were true, if KWG needed to 'approve' this agreement, KWG would have already disapproved it and withdrawn from the deal. Agreed?

The “Options Agreement” has not been Legally finalized, awaiting KWG’s approval.

I think this statement is bashing. Please prove me wrong.
