I just called UC in reference to this John and they have spent a $million and earned in on the first 10% and they are going through wiht the whole lot. They would be crazy not to with what is know about the area now. He also said it is a binding letter of intent so it's a done deal. With 55% of the claims UC is a steal at these prices. JMHO
