Discuss the various junior resource companies within the McFaulds Lake Area
Hi Manic,
Yes I have heard about GRW, in fact I have a 1/3 position in the stock. Have bought and sold the stock several times and have my cost per share down to a fairly reasonable cost and now await the results of the assays currently in the labs. Very risky play because obviously just because they have found massive sulphides doesn't mean there is anything in the sulphides. I am invested basically because of the volume of shares that have traded in this stock. High volume often precedes higher share prices.
I took the 1/3 position with the thought if the assays are bad, I will sell and move on. If they are good I will buy another 1/3 when the stock opens and the other 1/3 on the first pull on share price from the intial share price spike. This should get me into the stock a little cheaper than the investor who jumps into the stock after the news.
As far as investing in the area plays of the ring of fire, I can't speak for how you should be playing these stocks, however I can say I am investing in them currently. My reasoning is this, I figure we are in about the 3rd inning of a long ball game with the McFaulds Lake area plays. In fact these stocks will probably be in play for the next couple of years as different companies start drilling in this vast area. So there should be many ups and downs in the different share prices of the stocks. My advice to anyone is be sure to take profits when investing in these types of stocks. In fact if you get the chance sell down your positions and try and end up with free stock. Its always easier to stomach the ups and downs when your playing with someone elses money.
Good luck to you,
Al
