If you look at a map, McFauld's lake is a kidney shaped lake

the top of which is just below holes #5 & #6 on the following map.

The bottom of the lake just dips below the (red) Temex etc claims directly below holes 5&6

As others mentioned the lake is on the Ont Hwy map which has Lats and Longs.

The lake is at  52 46 03 N , 86 03 29 W

Noront's VMS discovery is very close to

52 44 N, 86 21 W

Put these values into Google Earth search and bingo.
