I agree Dog, the reason I started this forum was to provide facts and figures to average joe investor. If we all do our DD and provide it for all to see, we can make informed decisions.

On this forum we want your ideas and we want to know what you believe. However we want it supported by facts. I have listened to this drivel about insider sales from FNC. Same ones who rant and rave about it, don't mention the reason. The reason was to buy the options, to put money back into company with a minimum dilution factor. Sad when some mis-inform. The reason this forum is her, is too expose these frauds.
