Al this is an out of character statement for you as far too optimistic.

First is the fact that no drill or other indication has yet proved anything on the neighbouring FNC property.

Even the 100 meter distance from Hole 18 isn't certain because of the way survey stakes take precidence over maps. (I believe FNC acknowledged their claim line is a bit further from Noront's DE than some maps show).

Yeah, I think it's worth a gamble but why not say $100 a share because that's no more unrealistic that $20 at this time.
