Been averaging down since then.... Plus picked up some in the PP....
Float is tight, Pintree has a nice off market position, 1.8 million plus 2 million of the PP...
Insiders own 6,277,000 thus 10 million held in small group...
I think some news of work in progress will move PRB back into new territory...JMHO
