Discuss the various junior resource companies within the McFaulds Lake Area
I am in all of the to varying degrees...
PRB is a low priority right now, but whatever is on their claims, whomever operates the Eagle 1 mine will want/need their ground as part of mine development. This thing will move up sharply, given the low float, when the time is right...I also spoke to the company Pres way back and they have some anomalies on their ground that appear to be of the same ilk as the one NOT made the discovery on. He did say they were smaller, but this could be because they are deeper. They planned to their ground prep work (geophysics, line-cutting, etc.) this fall in prerapartion for drilling the winter. I asked him if he could get a drill and he was confient that he could... For whetver that's worth. The other interesting thing about this company is that they have 5% net smelther royalty on a gold mine Agnic is putting production. The royalty only covers the claims that comprise this mine that PRB in its former life as another company optioned to Agnico, and Agnico has not been saying much to PRB about how much gold, or much of the mine is on these claims.
FNC is a good hedge against NOT and holding a position in both could be win-win situation, to my mind. There is a reasobable probability that FNC have some of the Eagle 1 mineralization based on the 2003 MAG/EM maps, and have others have mentioned, the current geophysics programs will shed much more light on this. The proximity of FNC to NOT's discovery claim, and the fact the EM anomaly, which has been demonstrated to be mineralized based on the NOT's drill results, continues onto FNC's claim makes this speculation reasonable. However, its impossible to quantify at this juncture now much of that minerlization may or may not be on FNC's ground. Interpretations of geophyscis, are just and only that until they are drilled...
However, to my mnd, given the above facts it is much more worthwhile holding FNC than other areas plays...
NOT... do not sell! What more to say?
It would be nice if Al was a little forthcoming about what Peter Smith has said to him...
