Discuss the various junior resource companies within the McFaulds Lake Area
BMK....I was very disappointed when management announced the PP at $.40, the company was trading at $.86 when they announced it. Sent emails to all levels of management at the company and finally got a call from Richard Schler and he explained to me the reasoning of management for doing the flow through placement. I didn't agree with the financings then and still don't. Basically what happened was they let the big heavy weights of the mining world in at a huge discount. In turn these heavy weights have propped up the share price.
The trend here is noticeable, the heavy weights now own 10% of BMK, PRB and NOT, at prices much cheaper than you or I ,the private investor, could only dream of. Do I think its fair? No. However in this business if you don't let these big boys in, your share price goes nowhere. Just ask FNC. Peter Smith the Pres of FNC is the only one that has stood up to these mining mafia types, and his share price has paid the price.
Back to BMK, personally I will not buy shares in this stock anymore. My reasoning is if they didn't care about their shareholders back when they did the PP, why would they now. However my thinking is very shallow when it comes to making money on this stock. If BMK hits on their current drill program, the stock will go ballistic and I will be sitting on the sidelines, pride in pocket.
BMK is a strong buy on weakness on nothing but spec alone.
