I sent an email to Maxim, P. Holt actually, complaining about what I saw as blatant misdirection of funds. My interpretation of the recent news release lead me to believe that Mr. Holt received a finders fee for the Mr. Brown's share purchase

Well, much to my delight Mr. Holt actually called me and explained, not before telling me that I cannot read.

We agreed to disagree and I put it to him that the wording could be misinterpreted and he basically argued with me. A no it can't, yes it can argument. Left it at that.

Lastly, I mentioned that there were some disgruntled shareholders on the BB...his response.....I paraphrase.." a bunch of schoolchildren, short term investors....amatuer investors"

Sadly I came away feeling like Maxim is worse run than I feared..our Mr. Holt leaves much to be deisired.
