So, what is the significance of this?

A few years ago, George T approached me, asking if it was possible Fred Falk (CEO of e.Digital, EDIG...for those reading and do not know) would be interested in being a client, thus featured by Agoracom.

George sent me the client listing requirements, which were quite involved, to include the client requirement to give Agoracom a 7 share figure of the stock no charge. I can't remember for sure, but think they were restricted , retired, something? Anyway, George called Fred after I set it up, the program did not meet Fred's needs at that time, so he passed until a later time to reconsider.

Being involved in this, when I saw MCOA had signed up, it caused me to pay attention to this board and eventually take a stake.
