Not sure what the 5 pointer was worth, but yes I have been promoted. The much sought after level 2 quotes were worth what I paid for em.

I am interested to know how one looses points, as I have seen this a couple of times. Thought maybe I got depointed, but not sure why the last reduction hit either.
