Lol, either NSI-189 or the current standard of care for volatility-- Pepto.

FWIW-- I've been through this before with ACAD. Day before data-- mid $2's. Day of data, $7's and then faded the next weeks into mid $4s... then roared up to $20+. ACAD never had the huge run-up like MNKD, so their pop was warranted on the data release. To me, this is just the same thing. A little pull back, build support, then the dummies realize that Affrezza is the next SOC!
