Volatility has dropped with this news event so does the premium. I think it is time to sell your Jan 2014 options that are well in the money and buy ones that are a bit out of the money and look for the vol to increase as well as the deltas.

I think that is correct. Anyone with better knowledge on options care to weigh in please.
