I don't know the answer and maybe there is a lawyer on the board , but it seems the statements are so untrue , there has to be a type of defamation law against publishing lies.

If we get approval and the shares go to $ 25 pps , why can't we file suit for $ 35 pps , stating and showing blantant lies untrue statements ? It would seem that any outcome would yeild a postive result for the shareholders of MNKD if we can state and show a pattern and mis statements .

If this is a possiblity , let's take a collection ! and get this moving to stop all these lies from being spread and daily hits to defame MNKD .
