We have to look at her tenure at MNKD to be absolutely fair. Her options have an expiration, typically between 7 and 10 years. If the options she exercised were going to expire in the next few weeks/months, who could blame her for taking they money in lieu of letting the options expire and get nothing. I don't know how long she's worked there, but it is in the realm of possibilities.
