maybe so. but if the pps were higher would we not possibly see more favorable partnership conditions? if the pps is sitting around 2-3 getting laughed at, wouldn't mnkd have less bargaining power than if the pps were 7-8....or 10? i'm almost worthless when it comes to intelligent biotech investing but that just seems sorta intuitive for me. corrections more than welcomed.
regarding the legality of causing a short squeeze- i don't want to get anyone in trouble but i don't think asking the question would be a problem. it's just stating an obvious fact or clarifying one. nothing illegal about that i wouldn't think. but again, i know next to nothing about this stuff....
