If hard time in federal prison is not a deterrent to trade/ act upon insider information at the FDA, surely debarment would not be. Let me see.....not being able to work in the pharmaceutical industry versus being repeatedly attacked from behind you for years.

97 people since 2007 charged with insider FDA related trading. Porbably just the tip of the iceberg.
