All 4 (including the infamous Palumbo) were to cover tax liability of vesting options. They are coded "f" with the following explanation: "Shares withheld to satisfy the tax liability incident to the vesting of previously reported restricted stock units".

This is a very common practice that keeps employees from having to come out of pocket to cover tax hit from vesting options. Typically, this election is made well in advance.
