did the wash sale thing actually on my highest priced share lot. Use the loss to offset gains in VVUS sale earlier this year. Have to wait. I honestly thought it would be $1.75 by year end. Oh well...Nibbling on VVUS again instead. Steal at $11. Cramer and Adam hate that one as well!
