Actually, the responses to Afrezzauser on that site are very enlightening. What seems to me so obvious in terms of chemistry and pharmacodynamics is incomprehensible to many of these patients. This is a paradigm shift, and it's going to take significant patient education to change their mindset. Afterall, they've been taking care of themselves in a very precise manner for years - it's totally foreign to them that Afrezza doesn't have to be dosed precisely. But I do think that once they make the shift, they'll never go back.
