OPC, I like your idea, but going to Matt as a group would take time and legal documents.This might not be feasible in such a short time frame. Beside that I personally would have a hard time getting it past my company's compliance department without considerable effort.

If we had thought of this well before the offering announcement we might have had a better chance of executing.
