I believe the Feb2016 warrants give the right to buy 21.5MM shares. Also, the total number of shares from the exercise of the 53 week warrants is 60MM, half from the public offering and half from the cancellation of Al's debt. The over subscription is only for 6MM shares and warrants to buy 4.5MM shares.
