How about a few guesses as to the terms of the offering?

Just price of the units, and exercise price of the warrants (not total amount to be raised).

I'll say $2.30 gets you a unit, which consists of a share of stock plus a warrant exercisable for one additional share of stock at $2.85 (we already know it will be good for 53 weeks).
