The last time we had a dilutive offereing, the question was asked as to why existing stockholders were not offered the opportunity to buy the new units. If I recall correctly, the response was that there was not enough time to do so.

So this latest offering sucks. It was sold out overnight (obviously to selected patrons) and no opportunity for average investors like us to buy in.

If I was not so high on the stock I would dump all of my shares in disgust.
