Thanks for an update on your efforts.

I am like you and in the real estate field in So Cal / OC. I have both my real estate license (which I dont use) and my contractors license (development). Things have defenitly kicked into high gear the past few months. No inventory. Looking hard at a lot of land deals now. Finally we can feel good to to say we are in the real estate field again lol!
