After the last conference call regarding funding I was especially sensitive to this matter. It felt to me that both times it was discussed that Al was definitely trying to reduce the impact of this subject. His voice volume was definitely reduced with softer inflections both times during his statement.

As we have previously discussed on this board, finding funding during this time has and will continue to be difficult.
