The perfect time is now. You can't catch the low. The stock is cheap now. The most you can save by not investing now is a dollar a share versus who knows what up side. I understand i might lose several thousand dollars over the next few months, but if no approval its all gone. If you are willing to take that risk in my opinion it makes no sense not to be invested!
