OPC, I agree his % ownership stayed the same after he swapped debt for shares, but are you taking into account that he will be repaid $77 million (?) less when note matures? Also, are you taking into account that the poor downtrodden shareholdrs had the chance to restore their ownership % by going into the open market and buying shares (at a lower price than Al).
