Just to follow up...

For the Afrezza T2 study (MKC-175) and the T1 study (MKC-171), study participants must be non-smoking for 6 mos and are excluded for a whole host of pulmonary diseases - in particular, "any clinically significant radiological findings on screening chest x-ray". So no lung cancer patients here.
