Has anyone thought, (and this is a long shot) but maybe Al does have something up his sleeve. From what i've been reading, he hasn't delivered. Was that lawsuit in due to his "pop" statement about share price? From what I'm also read, this Mann is a mann of integrity, right? Maybe this is way of restoring his integrity in some way or another. Getting the last laugh so to speak. Am I reaching here?

Volume was lite after hours. So, it's hard to draw any clues from that. Tuesday will be here b4 we know it, but until we know the details of the offering aren't we just speculating at this point?
