You write "You don't get it and this is my last post on the topic." Actually, I do get it. I just don't believe this financing structure has a very high likelihood. Not impossible, just not likely. (BTW, you degrade the quality of discourse when you presume to know what someone gets or doesn't get. You don't know me or my credentials well enough to insult me by telling me I "don't get it".)

THANK YOU for sharing your communication w/ Matt. You expressed several viewpoints that I have often thought, but did not have the courage to call him out on myself. In a prior life, I was a CFO at 3 different companies, I can tell you his worst nightmare is to be confronted by you at a public forum.

Sometimes I feel like the guy that is pining away for a girl that I know is cheating on me; -) In other words, if MNKD ultimately fails, we only have ourselves to blame for whatever $ we lost. As you list above, we should have known all along, but chose to hang in there.
