How close to the edge of the cliff will Al and Co take this company before announcing whatever it is they're sitting on? They've been very unclear about the actual timing/date of the end of the runway, but sometime starting in October, I would expect their usable cash to be at extremely low levels. Will they just wait until then and announce another massive dilution and use the "emergency" situation as their rationale?

I still wonder what the heck Al was talking about in Feb when he mentioned $20/share previously in the stock history and that a pop in the stock was imminent by Summer. Of course since then he's been shackled to a fixed script whenever he has talked, but there must have been more than his day dream driving those comments. At least I hope so. Otherwise visions of Don Quixote come dancing into my head, and I don't like the feeling I get when I think I've invested a ton of money alongside Don.
