We are getting closer to a financing. IMHO, all these stock movement upwards without news and sudden or gradual drop in stock price indicate an imminent secondary offering. Underwriters are pumping stock price with small volume to get a better offering price while secretly shorting the stock at later stage of the pumping.

XNPT just announced a secondary offering after a month of stock pumping without any real news. We shall see if the same will happen to MNKD.
