good points. i bet it's why oramed went to the capsule instead of the sublingual route. we use zofran ODT a lot in the ED. it works great. but the more i think about it, i bet a lot of the sublingual dissolves in the saliva and gets swallowed while most docs (myself included) have thought it gets absorbed under tongue.
