Another thing to consider is that the 4 year period may start from the first time they posted info on clinicaltrials.gov which may have preceeded long before they actually recruit patients. If I recall correctly, MNKD also started the trial even before the 2nd CRL. The dates on the website are probably over-estimating the actual time the trials lasted.

In any case, I don't doubt the trials can finish before 1st quater next year. Despite the failings and overpromises and underdeliveries and horrible financings, I trust they can do clinical trials right. They had done plenty.
