Not to discount the impact that billions of people could have on a common disease, I don't see a business model for success in China. Their total disregard for intellectual property and their me too product cloning on virtually everything the US ships to them makes me leary to assign much of Afrezza's success to China.

I will place one asterisk on that- If Al is capable of coordinating some sort of state sponsored partnership dealing directly with the government heads to bring Afrezza to that market it could be enormous. The patent thieves and product cloners do not mess with things manufactured or controled by the government.
