Much has been made about his influence in the MannKind Afrezza NDA. The fact he sent a packet to as many as 18 FDA officials (no telling how much he paid someone inside to gain the names of the people in the 4 committees evaluating Afrezza) during the delay of the PDUFA. Clearly he has figured out how to capitalize in the biotech market by being the purveyor of massive FUD.

People like this makes one hope there is such a thing as karma.
