I could absolutely be wrong, but I think any partnership deal is wishful thinking right now. You are right, if it was going to happen it would have already.

Is it due to the fact that Al just won't give the company away? Most likely.

One could argue that he wants the RIGHT deal and will exhaust all avenues on that front before he writes a check again to fund the company.

I can't blame him as he's invested a great deal of his own wealth in MNKD.

But, it would be nice for him or the company to be clear about what it is going to do to continue operating past 2012.

His uncertainty and empty promises/statements doesn't do anyone good and doesn't help the stock at all.

So be prepared for more dilution.

and pray the dbl blind trials show not just superiority with AFrezza but that the new device works as designed.

Any more hiccups will further dig MNKD into a hole that will be harder to get out of.
