Al better be careful when he speaks. He pretty much stated the last time he spoke that it's not a a matter of if Afrezza is approved but when. He made it clear that the FDA is just waiting to approve it as long as the new device shows the same effectiveness as the previous one.

Lawyers are just waiting for the FDA to once again turn Afrezza down to start the class action law suit.

And yes, I am long many shares. I just am not liking the empty talk coming from him with no action to support what he's saying.
