Setting aside the possibility that Al Mann has gone totally nuts, I would like to explore the reasons behind Al's trip to China.
Keep in mind that if approved, 60% of the full production capacity of Afrezza will be used to satisfy demand in the US, and the remaining for the rest of the world. There, the priority would be Europe and Middle East. They will not have any Afrezza to sell in China. So why go there?
For funding?
To explore possibilties and prospects for additional manufacturing?
Finding a short cut to obtain approval in China ahead on the US?
is he thinking outside the box?
It may be that he has too much time on his hand and nothing better to do. But then he may also be thinking something completely unexpected.
What do you guys think?
