I agree and recently sold my VVUS position with a nice mid 5 figure gain. I'm always looking at risk reward and although I really think they will be a long term success, I think the reward was already in my hand.

Not trying to pump but look at Cytomedix... a lot of upcoming catalysts and I know their Autologel product works very well as we just started using it at my hospital. Medicare decision looming in a few weeks and possible distribution by a top 20 pharma. Good data and studies on their website. Could be a hidden gem. Another diabetes play (non healing wounds). Could see a quick double by summer. Sales are low but CMS approval and distribution changes that in a hurry. I'm in at 1.04 and it is 1.40 now. DYOD
