Oops. MAG owns 44% of the resource.


So, for MAG we get 20% x 3.99M oz x $894/oz / 49,210,566 shares x 0.44 = US$6.38/share = CD$8.18/share.

Corresponds more closely to my cash flow estimate with a 20% Discount Rate. Still heavily undervalued, especially when you consider that this doesn't include the other veins on the same property, or any of MAG's wholly-owned properties (Cico de Mayo, Batopilas, Lagartos, etc.) at all.
