5 Million Shares bought !!!

I'm knew to MAG...just bought in at $5.30 this morning, and then noticed a transaction of 5 MILLION shares bought at $5.31 (at 13:38pm). Anyone know who this buyer is? Mabe an "aquirer" as this figure represents 10% of outstanding shares. Just a thought of interest.
