Plain and simple, what is holding this back is the final word on financing. If they sign it, the market will be a go, and the chart will reflect that. If the delay's continue, then the big houses will push this around and still see the profit and buying opportunities they see fit. just look at how they pushed the price down, to get the PP cheap. When they went to sell it, they pushed the price up. Sold it out including the overalotment, and down she goes. Gross manipulation? Yes, in a very big way. Once the financing is in place, this will run away on the houses in question, and it will be a new ball of wax.

Mag will be paying back $255 a tone to complant on every tone produced. That leaves $120 a tonne for profit x 1.2 mill tonnes / year. Plus the asset of 1.2 billion for the plant. That is roughly 3.00/ share. plus 50 plus million/year in forestry. that leaves mag mentals and Mag energy. What are the value of those 2 assets?

Market settiment or not, this is the time for me to have my money here. I am confident that i will be well rewarded in time. And that time frame will be starting in the next 4 months.
