BC didnt seem concerned. However, he made it pretty clear that his info is indirect. He cited increased risk, but he put a positive spin on the delay, ie SH isnt dead, rather it is a case of feeling out other suitors and MAA has been waiting a long time for SH to move ahead. So, in a way, he framed it as MAA hedging its bets.

Having said this, I'm not convinced that he knows any more than we do.
