i would say gains are very possible from here. Each catalyst is one step closer to productio ie. nat. gas line in place and finished. This is spent money for the final result and will create alittle speculation, of the good nature, which will improve the price by 4-5 %. It all depends on what the updates are. Speecking of which, now that the exclusivity is out of the way, an update from managment id in order. We were kept in the dark becuuse of the exclusivity, so now it's time to let us know what has been going on. IMHO
