When is the exclusivity period over ! I never knew

there was one ! As far as I know is that they can either back out

or the deal gets done with no other offers allowed.

I have a feeling that the deadline this month will be the

final straw for the deal . In / or out !

If they are out then we are that much more attractive now

to other parties !
